Creating unforgettable collective experiences

Tower of Dreams BN2

The Pepperpot Tower is a much loved landmark building in Brighton, U.K, which is gradually falling into disrepair. The Tower of Dreams BN2 was developed alongside the local community and was based around their ideas of how this unique Grade II listed building could be used in the future.

This video mapping projection takes us on a journey through the rich history of this building up to the present day when a selection of these dreams dramatically come to life on the façade itself.

Wow! I am so impressed. I'm sitting here with goosebumps after watching your film. Absolutely genius. What a gift to your community. Way to go Giles (my pal) and Chris!

Thank you. I lived in Down Terrace for about 15 years, passing the Pepperpot almost daily, going to work, school, the park, shops etc. This video/restoration/light show has given me hope that we don't have to watch things crumble and do nothing. WELL DONE all who did stuff!

    hi Marc
I agree with you about the audio, but the camera audio didn't pick up much - the people counting down is there, but only faintly audible.
the camera audio also suffered from wind rumbles throughout, so I didn't include it in the final mix apart from the start and end.
Thanks for all your help - we'll meet again!!

Fantastic well done to all involved, why not use it as a dream space for people to visit for a limited time and just dream?
